Streets of Monaco The Most Luxurious Superyacht Concept - Imagine if you can cruise on the world's most luxurious superyacht with a gokart race circuit on it's top.

The 155-meter “The Streets of Monaco” luxury superyacht by Yacht Island Design boasts a design that recreates a small section of the Principality of Monaco, known for the Formula One track and the Monaco Yacht Show. The yacht comes with its own fully functional go-kart circuit. The yacht is like a floating island, which exploits the benefits related with SWATH platforms. For the magnificent yacht that incorporates land-based architecture into the superstructure, Yacht Island Design has collaborated with BMT Nigel Gee. UK-based Yacht Island Design said…

The art of producing a themed yacht is to seamlessly weave a story into every element of the design and is achieved via extensive consultation with the client during the initial phases of the design process.

The Streets of Monaco has been divided into four major external deck spaces. The upper deck features the main swimming pool with swim-in Jacuzzi/bar and the Casino Square, where you have a large glass-bottomed fountain. You can benefit from the sport activities in the yacht’s multi-purpose courtyard, which also doubles as a helipad. There are open sundecks and BBQ facilities aboard the yacht. Other communal areas are “The Oasis” and “The Grand Atrium.”

The Oasis: Inspired by the gardens outside the Monaco Casino, The Oasis is the main boarding point and features a central waterfall. On the lower level, there is the Spa with manicure and hair salon, sauna/steam rooms, a relaxation lounge with a spa pool and a bar, and a gym and café bar with underwater views.

The Grand Atrium: It connects the upper and lower living areas of the yacht. On the lower atrium are the seven guest suites, library, communal office, communal balcony and cinema. The upper atrium takes you to the entertainment area and the owner’s suite.

With top speed of 15 knots, The Streets of Monaco accommodates 16 guests and 70 crew in the utmost comfort. The other yacht by Yacht Island Design will be a smaller 85-meter yacht, which will be based around a Pacific Island theme.

The World's Deadliest Animal

What is the most deadliest animal in the world?? is it tiger?? lion? or snake?? each year there's many cases of mortality caused by wild animal but do you know what animal is kills the most??

Here are the top ten and with their method of predation/subtrafuge. Ranked by who kills the most people annually.

10) Posion Dart Frog, clearly not for kissing and one wonders if its habitat has extended into the Marina district in San Francisco (but that is another story)

Wanna see the other World's Deadliest Animal?? Can you guess the 10 deadliest animals on the planet?

9.) Cape Buffalo, also commonly known as the water buffalo. When faced with a predator, cape buffalos charge head on. That's 1,500 pounds of beast topped off with two big, sharp horns. You're lucky if there's only one - the real danger comes when a herd of thousands stampedes in your direction.

8.) Polar Bear, not so cuddly anymore! But one might have guessed this since I bet they get pretty hungry and have few chances at prey--making each kill important and a ruthless competitor.

7.) Elephant, Elephants kill more than 500 people a year worldwide. African elephants generally weigh in around 16,000 pounds. Here is a story of a friend of man/domesticated animal--which when mistreated can turn nasty. I have to say, I am rooting for the elephant on this one. Ever hear the story of how Louis Leaky would go after the poachers in africa?

6.) Australian Saltwater Crocodile, I don't know how they determined this would be the worst preditator after the Louisana type...We used to joke in Savannah about how the crocs would come up from the river and eat unwary poodles.

5.) African Lion, (or lioness to be more exact)

4.) Great White Shark, isn't interesting we have at least four animals/insects/fish/amphibians who are from the Cretaeous on this list?

3.) Australian Box Jellyfish,Also known as the sea wasp, this salad-bowl sized jellyfish can have up to 60 tentacles each 15 feet long. Each tentacle has 5,000 stinging cells and enough toxin to kill 60 humans.

2.) Asian Cobra, While the Asian Cobra doesn't hold the title of most venomous snake, it does the most with what it has. Of the 50,000 deaths by snakebite a year, Asian Cobras are responsible for the largest chunk.

1.) Mosquito, Sort of an unassuming predator, no? But some mosquitoes carry and transfer malaria causing parasites. As a result, these little pests are responsible for the deaths of more than two million people a year.

World's Most Expensive Christmas Tree

World's Most Expensive Christmas Tree, Yes we're gonna meet Christmas in about 2 weeks later, have you set your Christmas tree or any other Christmas object in your house? Here's a cool and bizarre story about the most expensive Christmas tree that costs $11 Million!!.

An $11 million Christmas tree may seem incredible, but the simple fact that it was put up in the lobby of a 7 star hotel in United Arab Emirates makes it a little more believable. According to Hans Olbertz, general manager of the Emirates Palace Hotel, this is the world’s most expensive Christmas tree.

But what makes a Christmas tree worth $11 million. Well, it appears its immense value is given by the fact that instead of traditional ornaments, the tree is decorated with very expensive jewelry draping around it’s branches, along with a few gold and silver bows and some lights.

The artificial Christmas tree standing at over 13ft tall had an initial value of only $10,000, but the sum kept rising as gold, pearls, diamonds, sapphires and other precious stones provided by Style Gallery, were being added. There are now 181 jewels decorating the world’s most expensive Christmas tree.

Maybe the idea of an $ 11million Christmas tree wouldn’t seam that out of the ordinary if you knew that the Emirates Palace Hotel is offering a seven days package at the price of “just” $ 1million, which includes a luxurious car and a private plane at the disposal of the guest.

The owners of the luxurious Abu Dhabi hotel are planning to contact the Guinness Book of Records about their creation. Here's the most expensive christmas tree ever.

New Fastest Train in China CRH380A - A Chinese passenger train broke the world fastest train record after speed of more than 300 miles per hour. Speed record was set for trial on a path that has not been opened between Beijing and Shanghai, according to Xinhua News Agency.

This super fast train Achieve 302 miles per hour (486 kilometers per hour) train was the fastest speed recorded by a conventional commercial trains without modification. He reached a top speed on a segment of the path along the 1318 kilometers (824 miles) between the City of Zaozhuang in Shandong Province and Bengbu City in Anhui province, Xinhua said.

New world record was achieved during testing for the train called CRH380A, only a few months after the same model train broke the record after reaching a top speed of 416.6 kilometers per hour. However, despite recording two records since September, the Chinese railway officials said they wanted to reach speeds of more than 312mph (500kpm)

The new line will be opened in 2012 and will make the travel time between the capital city of Beijing and Shanghai to live half the current travel time to five hours.

This project cost $ 32.5 billion and is part of a massive government effort to link many Chinese cities with high-speed rail and also reduces the density of population in the path that is widely used. However, although the speed was impressive, the other train was faster!!

A French TGV train specially modified to reach 357.2 mph (574.8 kph) during a test 2007, while the Japanese magnetic train speeding 361 mph (581 kph) in 2003. Well here's more picture of this CRH380A the fastest train in china.

Overweight Twins Weight Loss Success Stories

Overweight Twins Weight Loss Success Stories - Here's another motivational weight loss stories for those who want to reduce their weight. the Twins from Belgia managed to lose their weights together. When identical twins Karren Fraser and Paula Muir decided to lose weight - one didn’t want to be bigger than the other. They had always done everything together and both refused to be left standing as the fat twin.

So they had an unusual race to lose weight. Mrs Muir decided she was going to lose weight the traditional way by diet and exercise - whilst Mrs Fraser decided on a more drastic course of action and had a gastric band fitted.

The twins have now managed to lose a staggering 22 stone between them. Mrs Muir now weighs a trim 12 stone, and Mrs Fraser weighs nine stone. Mrs Fraser, 46, said: ‘Paula and I have always done things together and not even our parents could tell us apart.

‘We both decided to lose weight and we were both determined to stick to it. If one had lost it and not the other, it would be like looking in a mirror and seeing what you could look like thin if you tried.’

The twins decided on their pact after the death of their father Roy in February 2007. Mrs Fraser said: ‘Dad was really worried about Paula and I as we were so big. We’d both struggled with our weights all our lives. We’d tried every diet going - the Cabbage Diet, the Cambridge Diet, but nothing had worked.

‘I weighed 22 stone and Paula weighed 21 stone and we were both size 24. We had always laughed it off , and even made it part of our personalities to be large lively girls, but when dad said he was worried about us, we decided we needed to lose the weight.’

Mrs Fraser looked on the internet and decided that her course of action was going to be a gastric band operation. She said: ‘We’d tried every diet going and had even taken slimming pills previously, but nothing had worked. I knew if I was going to lose weight, I needed to do something different.’

But there was one problem. Mrs Muir couldn’t afford the £3,500 cost of a gastric band operation like her sister. There was only one option. She had to lose weight the traditional way, with diet and exercise.

Mrs Fraser, who has two children Tara, 24, and Jake, 20, said: ‘There is a lot of rivalry between Paula and myself. Neither of us wants to be in the shadow of the other. So Paula decided that even though diets hadn’t worked for us in the past, she was going to go on a diet and keep up with me.’

Mrs Fraser had the operation in April 2007 at a hospital in Belgium and she managed to lose six stone. Then in July 2008 she had the band re-fixed and she has now managed to lose a further six stone. But not to be outdone, Mrs Muir decided she was going to eat the same size portions as her sister.

Mrs Fraser said: ‘Paula and I were eating tiny sized portions. It seemed weird after what we used to eat. My stomach told me I was full, but it was harder for her because she hadn’t had a band fitted. She wanted to lick the pattern off the plate afterwards. ‘I really admired her willpower. She was adamant that she was only going to eat what I did.’

Mrs Muir, a charity worker, who lives with husband Peter, 46, an engineer, in Whiston, Merseyside, and has three sons, Liam, 26, Layton, 25, and Dominic, 20, said: ‘I was really jealous of Karren when she told me she was going to have a gastric band fitted.

‘She lost weight very easily afterwards and it was much harder than me, but I wasn’t going to be left behind. We had made a pact to lose weight together, so thats what I was going to do. ‘For breakfast we had porridge instead of fried breakfast and we ditched the takeaways.

‘I started power walking too, to try and help shift the weight. For every pound that Karren lost, it gave me the incentive to keep going too.

‘She had the band to tell her when she was full, but I’d listen to her and when she stopped eating because she was full, I did too.’ Because the twins have lost so much weight they had to have operations to remove loose skin afterwards.

Mrs Fraser had a tummy tuck in April last year, and Mrs Muir had the same operation last July. Mrs Fraser, who lives with partner David Knight, 50, in Widnes, Cheshire, is now a slim size 10 and Mrs Muir is a size 12.

She added: ‘Its been hard work, especially for Paula, but we both feel absolutely fantastic now. We have got so much more energy. We just wish our father could have seen what we have achieved. He would have been so proud of us both.

‘It may have been an unusual way to lose weight, doing it as a race between us. But it was the way to succeed.’
